Sasquatch Brew Fest

Description: Located at Broadway Plaza at the corner of Broadway and Willamette in Eugene, Ore., the Sasquatch Brew Fest started as a tribute to the passing of a friend, active community member, and professional brewer, evolving into one of the premier beer festivals in the Pacific Northwest.

Managed and produced by the Northwest Legends Foundation, a Eugene-based non-profit organization staffed by Glen's friends, the Sasquatch Brew Fest is designed to showcase Pacific Northwest craft brewing. Each unique beer presented each year is selected by a by a professional brewer to honor Glen's memory.

A large portion of the proceeds will be provided to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, a non-profit organization staffed by Glen's family with a mandate to support craft brewing by providing brewing scholarships. Additional funds obtained from the beer bash will be presented by the Northwest Legends Foundation to Eugene-based non-profit organizations - again - in memory of Glen.
