Ninkasi, named for the Sumerian Goddess of fermentation, is located in Eugene, OR, and has been brewing high quality beers, in the Northwest style, since 2006. They have been a sponsor of ManOverBoard since 2008. Oatis, Ninkasi's oatmeal stout, is the band's favorite beer and is mentioned in the ManOverBoard song "Drink a Pint".
